Applicants please note that when you "Submit your Application," you are verifying that all the materials you plan to submit via the rookiecamp.org site are complete (with the exception of your dissertation and letters as noted above). This information can be used by schools to decide on camp interviews. However, while your application via the rookie camp site might also represent an official application for a position at some schools (e.g., University of Miami), many schools might also require you to also submit your application through the school's website. Please be sure to look for any special instructions described in the job postings for each school you apply to.
DropBox access and confidential reference letter submission. As in the past applicant materials are viewable on the camp website, but we added some new features to make it easier for you to manage application materials. When a recruiter posts a job, a DropBox folder is created specifically for that position. The folder is initially only viewable by the recruiter (e.g., faculty member or administrative assistant) who is identified as the contact person for the job posting. The contact person can then share the folder with other members of the institution's recruiting committee.
